We handcraft our tempeh in these 3 different sizes for all of your culinary needs!

If you are a restaurant, food truck, commercial kitchen, or caterer looking to purchase our tempeh in bulk (sold in 20 pound bags), then we have a couple of different sizes for your culinary needs:

• Our “Thick Slabs” are 4 pound units that are about 12×14 inches and about 1 inch thick scored into 4 individual 1 pound sections for easy prepping and portioning. Each 20 pound bag contains 5 of these tempeh slabs. These thick slabs are perfect for slicing into strips for sandwiches, tacos, or wraps. These slabs are are also great for cubing or crumbling for many other applications!
• Our “Thin Slabs” are 2 pound units that are about 12×12 inches and about 1/2 inch thick. Each 20 pound bag contains 10 of these tempeh slabs. These thin slabs are perfect for using as a burger patty. Our suggested use is to cut each tempeh slab into 9 squares that are about 4×4 inches.

• These “Retail Slabs” are each labeled with nutrition facts and a UPC. Each 1 pound unit is scored into 4 individual 4 oz. sections for easy prepping and portioning in your kitchen at home.
